Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking a Manager to lead complex client engagements in a hybrid environment. You will serve as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, drive delivery excellence, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

The role emphasizes governance, financial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on creating measurable client impact and expanding Centric's footprint across organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting, professional services, program management, or client advisory experience.
• Proven success leading client engagements and managing executive-level relationships.
• Experience with account management, delivery leadership, and proposal/RFP development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions.
• Build and strengthen client relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth.
• Contribute to RFP responses, proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), estimates, and client presentations.
• Partner with account leaders to develop account strategies and expand Centric's footprint within client organizations.
• Manage project governance, financials, risk, and overall engagement health.
• Mentor consulting team members and foster a culture of collaboration and delivery excellence.
• Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and practice growth initiatives.
