Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an Engagement Manager to build and maintain client relationships, oversee delivery, and ensure satisfaction by aligning client needs with TCS capabilities. You will serve as the primary contact, manage scope and finances, resolve issues, and coordinate internal teams for long-term partnerships.

The role blends client-facing and internal engagement, with emphasis on planning, stakeholder management, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in client-facing roles in service delivery, client management, and program management.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industries.
• Strong background in Public Cloud and IT security.
• Experience handling onsite-offshore delivery models and distributed teams.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management and primary point of contact for customers.
• Oversee project delivery, scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage finances, contracts, and ensure terms are met.
• Address client issues and conflicts promptly.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Drive RFI/RFPs and new business opportunities.
