Job summary

e-STORAGE, a leader in battery energy storage systems, is hiring a Sr. Business Development Manager for the United States (remote).

The role focuses on growth in the Energy Storage segment, forming productive relationships with suppliers and customers to drive expansion and secure new opportunities. The position requires at least 5 years in energy storage or related fields, proven business development experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Energy Storage, Wind and solar industry.
• Proven track record in business development.
• Decision-making in product guidance, purpose, and completion.
• Understanding of financial reports, budgetary guidelines, and product expenditures.
• Entrepreneurial background in a sales capacity.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and teamwork abilities.
• High level of critical thinking, analysis, and reasoning.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collect and understand customer needs, market trends and input from leadership to guide product strategy and roadmap.
• Identify opportunities, prepare proposals for RFPs, budget, pricing, and negotiate terms.
• Develop and engage early adopter customers for testing and launching new Energy Storage products.
• Carry out feasibility studies and business plans for product/service improvement and new development.
• Assess competitiveness and stay current with trends, innovations, and pricing.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure product and schedule consistency; participate in design reviews.
• Collaborate with field marketing and sales to manage product launches.
