Job summary

CS e-STORAGE US is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Energy Storage market in the United States. You will define product strategy, build partnerships, and manage opportunities from RFP through contract.

Reporting to the Managing Director BD, US, this role offers remote work with travel up to 50%, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Energy Storage, Wind or solar industries.
• Proven business development track record.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and pricing experience.
• Entrepreneurial sales mindset with teamwork.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and translate customer needs and market trends to guide product strategy.
• Identify opportunities, prepare RFPs, and manage budgeting and pricing.
• Develop early adopter programs and test new energy storage solutions.
• Lead feasibility studies and business plans for product or service improvements.
• Coordinate with development and delivery teams to align schedules.
• Support product launches with field marketing and sales teams.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
