Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Project Manager to lead or support transmission, substation, distribution, gas, and IT projects with cross‑functional teams. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety, coordinating with sponsors and stakeholders, and delivering plans through to closeout.

This role typically handles projects from $250K to $5M, may require extended hours during storms or energy delivery emergencies, and emphasizes collaboration, risk management, and communication across internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 2–4 years PM or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; 2–4 years PM or related experience.
• High School Diploma with 3–6 years relevant PM or related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster culture change.
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support project teams across transmission, substation, distribution, gas, IT, and initiatives.
• Manage costs, schedule, scope and risks; develop recovery plans to stay within limits.
• Interface with external and internal stakeholders to coordinate requirements.
• Coach teams to ensure responsibilities are understood and tasks completed.
• Communicate with sponsor and key stakeholders on project issues at the executive level.
