Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 4–7 years of project management experience (or 6–9 years with a high school diploma).
• CAPM certification required or to be achieved within two years; PMP fulfills requirement.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects and ability to handle conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project performance for transmission, substation, distribution, gas, IT programs and initiatives (25%).
• Control costs, schedule, and scope with recovery plans to stay within limits (20%).
• Coordinate requirements with internal and external stakeholders (15%).
• Communicate with sponsors and stakeholders at executive levels (10%).
• Foster good relationships between project teams, line managers, and interfacing orgs (10%).
• Coach and lead team members to complete tasks (10%).
• Identify and secure project team resources (5%).
• Ensure responsibilities understood by all team members (5%).
