Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; 4–7 years of PM experience (or HS diploma with 6–9 years).
• CAPM certification or CAPM within 2 years; PMP fulfills requirement.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects and strong independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects including transmission, substations, distribution, and IT initiatives.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget; develop recovery plans as needed.
• Interface with sponsors and stakeholders; present to executives; coordinate with multiple orgs.
