Exelon is seeking a Project Manager to lead transmission, substation, distribution, and gas projects across cross-functional teams. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety, delivering programs from planning through closeout.

This on-site role in Illinois requires CAPM/PMP, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to work under storms. Compensation includes salary, bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 4-7 years PM experience, or high school diploma with 6-9 years PM experience

Responsibilities

• Manage projects with budgets from $250K to $15 million
• Ensure costs, schedule and scope are managed, develop recovery plans
• Interface with external and internal stakeholders to coordinate project requirements
• Communicate with sponsor and key stakeholders at executive level
• Foster good working relationships among project team and interfacing organizations
• Coach and lead team members to complete tasks
• Identify and obtain project team resources
• Ensure team understands responsibilities
