Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 4–7 years of project management experience (or equivalent).
• CAPM certification or progress toward CAPM within two years of entry.
• Demonstrated success at managing projects and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams across transmission, substation, distribution, gas, and IT.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance; develop project plans and closeout.
• Interface with stakeholders; provide executive-level updates and reports.
• Coordinate with line managers and interfacing organizations for alignment.
• Coach team members to complete tasks and develop capabilities.
• Identify and obtain project resources; ensure role clarity and accountability.
• Prepare recovery plans to stay within approved costs and scope.
• Support storm and energy emergency coverage as needed.
