Job summary

Exelon seeks a Project Manager to lead transmission, substation, distribution, gas and IT initiatives with cross-functional teams. Responsible for scope, schedule, budget and safety, from business case through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 4-7 years PM experience, or 6-9 years with HS diploma.
• CAPM or PMP certification within two years of entry.
• Proven track record in managing projects across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams through conflicting priorities.
• Strong independent judgment and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to an automobile.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety for projects.
• Lead project teams through capital approval, planning and closeout.
• Coordinate with sponsor and stakeholders, including executive level.
• Foster good working relationships with managers and interfacing orgs.
• Coach team members to complete tasks and secure resources.
