Responsibilities

• Manage project performance for transmission, substation, distribution, and gas projects; budgets $250K–$15M.
• Control costs, schedule and scope; develop recovery plans as needed.
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to align requirements.
• Communicate with sponsor and key stakeholders; prepare executive level presentations.
• Foster good relationships between project team, line managers and interfacing groups.
• Coach and guide team members to complete tasks on time.
• Identify and obtain project resources for project success.
• Ensure team members understand their responsibilities and accountabilities.
