Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Project Manager to lead transmission, substation, distribution, gas, and IT projects with cross-functional teams. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance, guiding projects from business case through closeout.

The role requires CAPM or PMP within two years, a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field, and strong independent judgment and communication skills. Some positions may require extended hours during storms or energy emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; 4–7 years PM experience or 6–9 years if HS diploma.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or CAPM within two years of entry; PMP will fulfill this.
• Proven success in managing projects; ability to handle conflicting priorities in a multi-task environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects across transmission, substation, distribution, gas, and IT with cross-functional teams.
• Manage scope, budget, and schedule; develop recovery plans to stay within limits.
