Exelon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead or support multi-discipline projects across transmission, substations, distribution, gas, and IT. You’ll manage scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external providers to drive on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, communications and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and provide clear status reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 2–4 years PM experience or 3–6 years if no degree.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; 2–4 years PM experience or 3–6 years if no degree.
• Strong collaboration, communication and trust-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as a team lead in multi-task environments.
• Proven leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience implementing process improvements and leveraging technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support project and program performance across various domains.
• Manage costs, schedule, scope and risks with recovery plans as needed.
