Mantis Innovation is seeking a high-impact Sales Executive to lead energy procurement deals with large accounts in a consultative role. You will drive new business, manage relationships across procurement, efficiency strategies, and the full suite of Mantis offerings.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of B2B electricity and gas sales, a proven quota track record, and strong communication with C-level executives. A hybrid schedule with travel supports growth and client engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling B2B electricity, natural gas, or green energy contracts (supplier or broker backgrounds welcome).
• Multi-year track record of exceeding individual quotas (~$1M+)
• Demonstrated ability to sell into multiple levels of an organization.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, uncover, and develop strategies to secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and key energy accounts.
• Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings daily with C-level decision makers.
• Position solutions that optimize energy spend and deliver measurable value.
• Analyze and report customer positions and commodity contract performance.
