Mantis Innovation seeks a Sales Executive to drive energy procurement growth in the US market. You will build lasting client relationships with large energy accounts, sell electricity, natural gas, and green energy solutions, and close high-value opportunities while guiding customers on energy spend optimization.

This consultative, quota-driven role reports to the Director of Sales, Energy Key Accounts and offers a hybrid work schedule with travel 30-40%.

Formación

• 5+ years selling B2B electricity, natural gas, or green energy contracts (supplier or broker backgrounds welcome).
• Multi-year track record of exceeding individual quotas (~$1M+)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, uncover, and develop strategies to secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and key energy accounts.
• Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings daily with C-level decision makers.
• Position solutions that optimize energy spend and deliver measurable value.
• Analyze and report customer positions and contract performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
