Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Technical school degree plus experience in electric/gas utility field will be considered.
• 3–5 years in electric or natural gas utility industry or related fields.
• 2–3 years in energy efficiency and/or energy modeling.
• Customer service, sales, or marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct installation of energy saving products as directed by program management.
• Promote the energy efficiency program to customers, trade allies and stakeholders in your territory.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to meet energy saving targets.
• Initiate new business with new customers through B2B efforts.
• Develop and deliver presentations to create awareness about the program.
• Assist customers through the rebate application process.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
