Franklin Energy is seeking an Outreach Manager I to lead a team of Energy Advisors, Outreach Specialists, and Energy Engineers across our energy efficiency programs. You will provide energy advice and coordinate services for customers while identifying opportunities to deploy prescriptive and custom incentives.

You will develop outreach plans with the Program Manager, coordinate with Client Marketing and utility clients, and promote the program to customers and trade allies in the territory.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the electric or natural gas utility industry, facilities management, HVAC design or sales, commercial and industrial lighting, or energy management.
• Previous experience managing staff performing proactive customer outreach activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Provide management and leadership to team members, including managing day to day activities, team goals and objectives, and collaboration to meet program goals.
• Develop outreach plan with Program Manager to target key market segments and adjust over time.
• Coordinate outreach activities with marketing team, prime contractors and utility client.
• Promote the energy efficiency program to customers and trade allies in the assigned territory.
• Work with building owners to provide energy efficiency advice and assistance in participating in programs.
• Enter data into spreadsheets and databases to determine energy savings and manage current projects.
