Franklin Energy in Chicago, IL seeks an Outreach Specialist to develop, coordinate, and manage outreach for energy efficiency programs with contractors, builders, verifiers, and Trade Allies. You will lead outreach for assigned programs and create action plans to drive program activity.

You will recruit, train and cultivate relationships with contractors, supply ongoing leads to Trade Ally Liaisons, and monitor progress toward goals while delivering high-quality customer service and data-driven

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in electric/natural gas utility, sales, or lighting/conservation.
• Existing contractor network preferred.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Promote the energy efficiency program to customers and trade allies.
• Lead and coordinate program outreach for programs assigned.
• Create, develop and execute action plans for outreach initiatives.
• Establish processes to meet outreach goals.
• Understand and implement the Franklin Energy Sales Process.
• Build a base of registered Trade Allies and provide qualified leads.
