Job summary

Franklin Energy / AM Conservation seeks a motivated professional to deliver energy efficiency programs to homeowners and business customers in Tucson. You will advise on modifications to electric/gas systems and drive project momentum from field visits to office follow-ups.

The role blends field work with office time, requiring outbound calls, client presentations, and collaboration with engineers to optimize energy savings. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in electric or natural gas utility industry or related field.
• Energy efficiency experience or energy modeling preferred.
• Previous customer service, sales, or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct installation of energy saving products as directed by program management.
• Promote energy efficiency program to customers, trade allies and stakeholders.
• Make outbound calls to meet energy saving targets and initiate new business.
• Develop and deliver presentations to raise program awareness.
• Respond to customer inquiries to move projects toward completion.
• Collaborate with Energy Engineers as required.
• Assist Program Manager in training new team members.
