Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead field personnel installing energy-efficient equipment and products. You will manage onboarding, scheduling for air sealing, direct install, and site assessments, and ensure tool availability and inventory control.

You will conduct inspections, provide technical assistance, approve timesheets, and support disciplinary actions. Travel up to 80% may be required, with competitive compensation and benefits in Bloomington, IL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience installing technologies in field operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Mechanical/technical aptitude necessary; ability to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage onboarding training for new hires.
• Supervise scheduling operations for installations and site assessments.
• Oversee inventory and tool availability for crews.
• Inspections of field personnel to ensure quality and safety.
