Job summary

Happen Bank is seeking a Principal Information Systems Engineer to own strategy and architecture for Windows and Mac end-user computing. You'll lead device management, security, automation, and endpoint modernization, mentoring teammates and coordinating with onshore/offshore resources to scale and secure solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in relevant areas, strong JAMF/Intune/SCCM experience, and a track record of delivering reliable, compliant endpoint environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in end user computing, endpoint engineering, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise with JAMF, AD, SCCM, and Intune.
• Owns problems end-to-end, improves reliability and user experience.
• Works independently with minimal oversight and multitasks effectively.
• Applies CIS/NIST standards in complex, sensitive environments.
• Experience with Intune for deployment, inventory, and endpoint security.
• Certifications: JAMF, SCCM, or Intune preferred.
• Experience with Okta/Entra ID and IAM.
• Experience with Terraform, AWS EC2, and Kubernetes/EKS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as top escalation point for Windows and Mac issues, diagnosing complex problems.
• Administer SCCM, Intune and JAMF; build and deploy packages and OS images.
• Shape strategy for secure, efficient, cost-effective client management and OS rollouts.
• Build automation with Bash, Python, and PowerShell; leverage AI where helpful.
• Lead technical resources across projects with US teams and vendors.
• Review designs from juniors; coach and mentor for technical growth.
• Evaluate security updates and patches for Mac and PC clients.
• Develop integrations with new tech and architect endpoint deployment.
