Job summary

Happen Bank is seeking a Principal Information Systems Engineer to own the strategy, architecture, and direction for our Windows and Mac end‑user computing environment. You will mentor teammates, manage device security, and drive automation at scale across global endpoints.

You’ll lead projects with onshore/offshore partners, shape new tooling, and ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with business needs in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in end user computing, endpoint engineering, or related field.
• Degree or equivalent education/experience combination.
• Hands-on with JAMF, AD, SCCM, and Intune.
• Own problems from discovery to resolution with sound judgment.
• Independent, proactive, and capable of multi-tasking.
• Familiar with CIS/NIST standards in sensitive environments.
• Analytical thinker who asks the right questions before acting.
• Sets technical direction aligned with business goals.
• Uses AI/tools judiciously for scripting and automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as top escalation for Windows/Mac issues and resolve complex cases.
• Administer SCCM, Intune, and JAMF, deploying OS images and apps globally.
• Shape strategy for secure, cost-effective client management and OS rollouts.
• Build automation with Bash, Python, and PowerShell, leveraging AI where helpful.
• Lead cross-functional resources across US and vendor teams.
• Review designs for accuracy; mentor junior staff.
• Evaluate security updates before rollout balancing speed and risk.
• Develop integrations with new tech and architect endpoint deployment.
