Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Principal Architect to serve as the enterprise technology owner for End User Computing, Endpoint Engineering, Modern Endpoint Management, and Enterprise Mobility Services. You will define and execute the endpoint strategy while owning platforms, standards, and technologies supporting ~7,500 endpoints.

The role requires leading architecture for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, implementing Intune and Autopilot, and coordinating with cybersecurity and procurement to align

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive IT experience with endpoint architecture/End User Computing leadership.
• Experience with large enterprise Windows/macOS/mobile endpoints and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise endpoint architecture strategy, standards, governance, and roadmaps for Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
• Own OS standards, upgrade planning, feature adoption, and endpoint configuration baselines for Windows and macOS.
• Lead endpoint technology planning for acquisitions, migrations, and large-scale device refreshes.
• Serve as technical owner for Microsoft Intune and Modern Endpoint Management strategy and tooling.
• Drive adoption of cloud-based endpoint management, automation, and secure scalable solutions.
