Job summary

Ascensus seeks a Principal Architect to own enterprise endpoint strategy for Windows, macOS and mobile devices. You will lead engineering, governance, and modernization of endpoint platforms, ensuring secure, scalable and compliant solutions while coordinating with Desktop Support, Cybersecurity and Procurement.

The role requires senior technical authority with deep experience in Intune, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager and related tooling; a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in the field are

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years in IT with endpoint architecture, desktop engineering or End User Computing.
Experience across Windows, macOS and mobile platforms.
Hands-on knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, Entra ID, NinjaOne, Addigy.
Strong scripting, automation, and vendor lifecycle skills.

Responsibilities

Define and govern enterprise endpoint strategy and roadmaps.
Lead modernization and enrollment, imaging, software distribution and patching.
Oversee hardware lifecycle, licensing, and asset management.
Manage mobility programs and vendor relationships.
Collaborate on security controls and Zero Trust initiatives.
Provide architectural leadership without direct supervision.
