Job summary
Happen Bank in San Francisco is seeking a Principal Information Systems Engineer to own the strategy, architecture, and technical direction for Windows and Mac end-user computing. You’ll be the senior technical authority for device management, security, automation, and endpoint modernization across the globe.
You’ll mentor teammates, partner with vendors and onshore/offshore resources to ensure scalable, secure solutions that align with business needs, while guiding OS deployment and policy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in end user computing or related field
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on expertise with JAMF, AD, SCCM, Intune
Responsibilities
- Escalation point for Windows/Mac issues, diagnosing and resolving high-visibility problems
- Administer SCCM, Intune and JAMF, deploying packages and OS images
- Shape strategy for secure, efficient client management and OS version rollout
- Build automation with Bash, Python, and PowerShell, leveraging AI where helpful
- Lead technical resources across projects with onshore/offshore partnerships
- Review designs for technical accuracy and mentor teammates
- Evaluate security updates and patches balancing speed and risk
- Develop integrations with new technologies and endpoints deployment
