• 8+ years in training and development or closely related roles.
• 4–6 years as a trainer on technical projects, 0–2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience designing, executing, and evaluating training programs for technical applications.

Responsibilities

• Govern training strategy for mission-critical systems and needs assessment.
• Design blended training programs (classroom, virtual, e-learning) to drive adoption.
• Mentor a team of trainers and manage travel and delivery schedules.
• Oversee creation of training materials (lesson plans, curricula, guides, exercises).
• Implement evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize topics and plan deployments and conferences.
• Oversee trainer scheduling, travel budgets, and expense reporting.
• Define expectations and provide coaching to ensure quality and policy compliance.
