Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 8+ years in training and development
• 4–6 years as a trainer on technical projects
• 0–2+ years in a management role
• Experience designing, executing, evaluating technical training programs
• Proven ability to mentor trainers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive travel (40–75%)

Responsibilities

• Govern the overall training strategy for mission‑critical systems
• Design blended training programs (classroom, virtual, e‑learning)
• Mentor and manage a team of trainers
• Develop and maintain training materials (lesson plans, curricula, guides)
• Implement evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness
• Coordinate with leaders and SMEs to plan deployments and conferences
• Oversee travel planning and training logistics
• Define standards and provide coaching to ensure quality and compliance
