ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company is seeking an End User Training Lead to oversee the organization’s training portfolio, aligning learning objectives with business goals and prioritizing programs to support adoption of new tools in a federal IT environment.

The role directs blended learning solutions, mentors trainers, and coordinates travel and delivery schedules while guiding change-management activities accompanying new applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in training and development, including 4–6 years as trainer on technical projects and 0–2+ years in a management role.
• Experience designing, executing, and evaluating training programs for technical applications, with needs assessment, curriculum development, and adult-learning delivery.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of trainers, including coaching and observations.

Responsibilities

• Govern the overall training strategy for mission-critical systems, including needs assessment and roadmaps.
• Design and oversee blended training programs combining classroom, virtual, and e-learning methods to drive adoption.
• Manage and mentor a team of trainers responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, and delivering programs.
• Supervise the creation and maintenance of training materials such as lesson plans, curricula, SOPs, guides, exercises, and job aids.
• Implement evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness and recommend content improvements.
• Coordinate with business leaders and subject-matter experts to prioritize topics and plan deployments and conferences.
• Oversee travel planning and training logistics, including trainer schedules and budgets.
• Promote quality and compliance by defining expectations, observing delivery, and coaching.
