Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field.
• 8+ years in training and development, including 4–6 years on technical projects and 0–2+ years in a management role.
• Experience designing, executing, and evaluating training programs for technical applications.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of trainers with coaching and observations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse users.
• Strong organizational skills with extensive travel (40–75%).
• Current secret security clearance (active within past 24 months).

Responsibilities

• Govern the overall training strategy for mission‑critical systems and align learning objectives with priorities.
• Design blended training programs (classroom, virtual, and e‑learning) to drive adoption.
• Mentor a team of trainers and conduct train‑the‑trainer activities and quality calibration sessions.
• Create and maintain training materials (lesson plans, curricula, SOPs, guides).
• Implement evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness and improve content.
• Coordinate with leaders, analysts, application owners, and SMEs to plan deployments.
• Oversee travel planning and training logistics, including budgets and expense reviews.
• Promote quality and compliance by defining expectations and providing coaching.
