Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an End User Training Lead to oversee the training portfolio for mission‑critical systems in a federal IT environment. You will assess needs, align learning objectives with business goals, and mentor a team of trainers to deliver effective, compliant programs.

You will design blended learning, manage schedules and travel, measure outcomes, and drive change‑management initiatives with SMEs and leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, executing, and evaluating training programs for technical applications.
• Strong needs assessment, curriculum development, and adult-learning delivery skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a training team with coaching and feedback.
• Excellent communication and written materials delivered clearly.
• Proven ability to manage travel-heavy training programs (40–75%).
• Current secret security clearance (active within past 24 months).

Responsibilities

• Govern the overall training strategy for mission-critical systems and needs assessment.
• Design and oversee blended training programs to drive adoption across user groups.
• Manage and mentor a team of trainers, including train-the-trainer activities.
• Oversee creation of lesson plans, curricula, SOPs, guides, exercises, and job aids.
• Implement evaluation methods, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with business leaders, analysts, owners, and SMEs to plan deployments.
• Oversee travel planning, trainer schedules, and travel/ODC budgets.
• Promote quality and compliance through coaching and policy adherence.
