Qualifications

• 8+ years in training and development, with 4–6 years on technical projects.
• Experience designing, executing, and evaluating training for technical apps.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of trainers.

Responsibilities

• Govern training strategy for mission-critical systems and needs assessments.
• Design blended programs (classroom, virtual, self-paced) to drive adoption.
• Mentor and supervise a team of trainers; conduct quality calibration.
• Create/update training materials: lesson plans, curricula, guides.
• Implement evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness.
• Coordinate with leaders and SMEs to plan deployments and conferences.
• Oversee travel planning and training logistics; manage budgets.
• Ensure quality and policy compliance across training delivery.
