Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an End User Training Lead to oversee the training portfolio for mission-critical systems in a federal IT environment. You will align learning objectives with business goals, assess needs, and drive adoption of new tools and services.

The role leads design and delivery of blended learning—classroom, virtual, and self-paced—while mentoring trainers, coordinating complex travel, and guiding change management for new applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Education, Training, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in training and development; 4–6 years as trainer on technical projects; 0–2+ years in leadership.
• Experience designing, executing, and evaluating training programs for technical applications.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of trainers, including coaching.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex concepts and write training materials.
• Strong organizational skills; travel 40–75% of the time; active clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Govern the overall training strategy for mission-critical systems and needs assessment.
• Design and oversee blended training programs (classroom, virtual, e-learning) for system adoption.
• Mentor a team of trainers; conduct train-the-trainer activities and quality calibration.
• Oversee creation of training materials (lesson plans, curricula, SOPs, guides).
• Implement evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with leaders and SMEs to plan deployments and conferences.
• Manage travel planning, trainer schedules, and training budgets.
• Define expectations for trainers to ensure quality and policy compliance.
