Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Enterprise Enablement to lead end-to-end enablement initiatives across Technical and Sales Enablement. You will partner with SMEs to shape content and deliver sessions, workshops, and programs, aligning to strategic priorities.

You will co-facilitate and deliver Development Programs, Power Skills, onboarding, and engagement guides, while designing delivery formats and tracking impact, with AI-enabled approaches and cross-time-zone collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain vetting and security clearances.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
• 7-10 years of enablement/program management/learning & development experience across technical and sales contexts.
• Demonstrated end-to-end enablement program leadership with defined outcomes and audiences.
• Experience designing enablement packages and delivery formats for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead enablement initiatives across Technical and Sales Enablement with defined end states and audiences.
• Gather SME input, validate content, and develop materials where needed.
• Design workshops, eLearning, and multi-session programs tailored to audiences.
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and delivery of enablement sessions.
• Collect feedback and conduct AARs to drive continuous improvement.
• Co-facilitate or independently deliver Development Programs, Power Skills, onboarding, and engagement guides.
• Ensure alignment to strategic priorities and manage risks across initiatives.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to reuse content across initiatives and drive adoption of new programs.
