Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. seeks a Program Manager for the Public Sector within Sales Enablement. You will own onboarding and ongoing development for PS reps, bridging GTM strategy with learning design, and ensuring readiness in a high-stakes, complex sales environment.

You'll partner with People, BU leadership, and an Instructional Designer to deploy learning paths, build a knowledge base, and manage multiple programs end-to-end while translating content across business units.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales Enablement or related role.
• 2+ years managing end-to-end programs.
• Familiarity with federal/public sector sales and compliance.
• Proven collaboration with Sales leaders and SMEs.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority programs.
• Proficiency with AI tools to automate processes and learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch onboarding for Public Sector new hires across tracks.
• Define fully ramped criteria and communicate them to hires and managers.
• Deploy learning paths and track completion via the Enablement Platform.
• Build and maintain PS GTM knowledge base with collateral and templates.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across PS and other BUs; report progress and impact.
