Notion is seeking a Manager, Enablement Programs to own the programs and operating system that help sellers ramp fast and execute with confidence across regions. You will shape onboarding, role-readiness, Field OS, and AI-enabled enablement workflows to set the standard for what great enablement looks like in the era of AI.

Qualifications

• Design and run global enablement programs end-to-end, across regions and time zones.
• Provide strong program leadership with clear roadmaps and measured iteration.
• Build scalable enablement systems with governance and intake processes used by sellers.
• Apply AI and automation to improve quality, speed, and consistency of seller execution.
• Lead a small team, establishing high standards and a calm operating rhythm.

Responsibilities

• Create and launch the Field OS as a seller-ramp unlock with key workflows.
• Prototype core agents to support ramp and tailor at each sales stage.
• Refresh onboarding with A/B testing, measurement, and role-specific alignment.
• Establish a manager onboarding track to accelerate ramp for new hires.
• Make onboarding repeatable and measurable to raise enablement quality.
