Job summary

Asana is seeking a senior Enterprise Enablement lead to partner with large customers, drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows, and deliver scalable education that accelerates measurable business outcomes. You will design workshops, lead discovery and delivery across multiple stakeholders, and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Services to align priorities and maximize value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer enablement, customer success, strategic consulting, or related roles in SaaS.
• Proven track record independently leading complex enterprise engagements from discovery to delivery.
• Strong consultative skills and ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans.
• Experience influencing senior and executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Excellent facilitation and communication for audiences from practitioners to executives.
• Strong project and portfolio management with a data-informed, outcomes-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with complex enterprise customers to drive adoption of Asana and AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead discovery, planning, and delivery across multiple stakeholder groups within your portfolio.
• Design and facilitate workshops, enablement programs, and executive-level conversations.
• Analyze adoption and impact data to guide strategy and optimize engagement.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Services to align on priorities and outcomes.
• Identify risks, expansion opportunities, and new use cases to strengthen customer value.
