Datadog is seeking a Technical Program Manager in New York to lead high-priority cross-functional programs that span engineering, product, and business teams. You will partner with engineers on solving deeply technical problems at scale and help drive AI-powered automation across program lifecycles.

You will own end-to-end program lifecycles, surface risks early, and maintain visibility with senior leadership via KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management at a high-growth tech company.
• Proven ability to drive large, ambiguous cross-functional programs to completion with minimal direction.
• Hands-on engineering credibility in observability, infrastructure, data platforms, or AI/ML systems.
• Strong track record earning trust with senior engineering and product leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own large cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering orgs, product, and business functions.
• Proactively surface systemic risks, dependencies, and friction before escalations.
• Build and maintain SVP-level visibility through KPI tracking on priority initiatives.
• Bridge gaps between functions with technical credibility and trusted relationships.
