Job summary

Snowflake seeks an Enablement Business Partner to drive field capability for the Solution Engineering team. You will translate business problems into capability solutions, design activation experiences, and measure behavior change, leveraging hands-on and self-serve formats.

Embedded with leadership, you will build targeted content, collaborate across Product, Field, and Learner teams, and scale enablement across the organization while aligning with release cadences.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of related experience with a focus on enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement in the data space.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen.
• Deep technical expertise in SQL and/or Python, OLAP/OLTP.
• Snowflake experience and SnowPro Core/Advanced is a plus.
• Data science or Spark experience is a plus.
• Experience designing, building, and delivering enablement programs.
• Ability to lead through influence and manage cross-functional sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic enablement partner for SE leadership and diagnose skill gaps tied to business outcomes.
• Curate and gate enablement content, validate AI outputs, and maintain a domain knowledge source.
• Diagnose field needs through signals and prioritize gaps with data.
• Design activation experiences and measure behavior change, including technical builds.
• Collaborate with Product, Field, Leadership, and Learners, aligning to release cadences.
• Scale enablement to org-wide capability and shape evergreen programs.
