Snowflake is seeking an Enablement Business Partner to accelerate the Solution Engineering team. You will diagnose skill gaps, curate content, and measure capability changes as you translate business problems into capability solutions.

You’ll design activation experiences, collaborate with Product and Leadership, and scale enablement across the field while aligning with release cadences and leadership priorities.

Competenze

• At least 10 years of enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen.
• Deep expertise in OLAP/OLTP data and SQL and/or Python.
• Snowflake experience; SnowPro Core/Advanced a plus.
• Experience designing, building, and delivering enablement programs.
• Ability to lead through influence and secure cross‑functional sponsorship.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
