Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Manager, Solution Engineering Enablement to lead a team of three Sales Engineering Enablement Business Partners. You will partner with SE leadership and cross-functional teams to shape enablement strategy and drive measurable field impact.

You will drive segment-specific enablement assets, curricula, hands-on workshops, Sales Kickoff sessions, and continuous learning programs while mentoring your team and aligning with Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations to

Qualifications

8+ years in sales engineering or tech enablement in enterprise SaaS.
3+ years leading enablement specialists or SE teams.
Deep knowledge of data analytics and data cloud ecosystems.
Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
Willingness to travel periodically.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Sales Engineering Enablement Business Partners.
Partner with senior SE leadership to define enablement charter and priorities.
Establish operating mechanisms for intake, prioritization, and resources.
Design and deliver segment-specific enablement assets and workshops.
Coordinate ongoing enablement activities and field communication campaigns.
Measure enablement impact and align with product and market trends.
Foster collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations.
