Job summary

Snowflake seeks an experienced enablement leader to partner with SE leadership, diagnose skill gaps, and design targeted activation programs across the data space. You will curate content, measure capability shifts, and translate between Product, Field, Leadership, and Learners, scaling capabilities regionally and aligning with release cadences.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in enterprise software, enablement, or solution engineering.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong business, technical, and sales acumen; able to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

Act as strategic enablement partner for SE leadership and measure capability changes.
Curate and gate enablement content, ensure accuracy, maintain domain truth.
Diagnose field needs via signals and prioritize gaps with data.
Design activation experiences and measure behavior change.
Coordinate with Product, Field, Leadership, and Learner as translator.
