Snowflake is seeking an Enablement Business Partner to accelerate field capability for the Solution Engineering team, translating business problems into capability solutions and designing systems that enhance field performance. You will operate with cross-functional peers and leadership to ensure learning drives measurable outcomes.

You will curate content, validate AI outputs, and prioritize gaps through data signals, with emphasis on hands-on and self-serve activation modalities.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of related experience with a focus on enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement in the data space.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen.
• Deep technical expertise in skills database OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python.
• Snowflake experience, SnowPro Core, and/or SnowPro Advanced is a plus.
• Data science or Spark experience is a plus.
• Experience designing, building, and delivering enablement programs.
• Ability to lead through influence.
• Ability to establish sponsorship and secure support from a diverse group of internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects, meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the strategic enablement partner for SE leadership, diagnosing skill gaps tied to business outcomes, prescribing targeted interventions, and measuring capability changes.
• Curate and quality-gate enablement content, validate AI outputs for accuracy and audience fit, maintain a source of truth for domains, and feed signals back to PM/PMM.
• Diagnose field needs through signals and data, classify and prioritize gaps.
• Design activation experiences and measure behavior change, including hands-on or self-serve labs, AI skill, peer learning, coaching nudges.
• Serve as connector between Product, Field, Leadership, and Learner; manage intake and align to release cadence.
• Establish yourself with SE leadership as a key member of their extended leadership team.
• Scale local enablement to org-wide capability and package for the field.
• Collaborate with Global SE Onboarding to shape everboarding programs.
