Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an Enablement Business Partner to accelerate field capability for the Solution Engineering team. You will own learning programs, translate business problems into capability solutions, and design activation experiences with a focus on measurable outcomes.

With 10+ years in enterprise software enablement, you will partner with Product, Field, and Leadership to drive learnings that accelerate impact and align with release cadences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement in data space.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong business, technical, and sales acumen.
• Deep technical expertise in OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python.
• Snowflake experience or SnowPro Core/Advanced is a plus.
• Data science or Spark experience is a plus.
• Experience designing, building, and delivering enablement programs.
• Ability to lead through influence and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic enablement partner for SE leadership, diagnose skill gaps, prescribe interventions, and measure impact.
• Curate and gate enablement content; validate AI outputs and maintain domain knowledge.
• Diagnose field needs using signals and data, prioritize gaps.
• Design activation experiences (hands-on, self-serve, coaching) and measure behavior change.
• Translate product needs into targeted technical content; align with release cadence.
• Be a key member of SE leadership and scale enablement org-wide.
• Collaborate with Global SE Onboarding to refine everboarding programs.
