Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in sales enablement or field enablement.
• Experience supporting Enterprise Sales and/or Customer Success in SaaS.
• Familiarity with MEDDICC or Challenger-style frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live and virtual enablement sessions and ongoing ramp/everboarding for Enterprise sellers in EMEA.
• Administer program certifications and provide structured feedback.
• Conduct field listening to identify needs and share insights with the enablement team.
• Lead coaching activities that link training to real customer scenarios and behavior change.
• Collaborate with Curriculum, Program Management, and Operations to tailor content for regional needs.
