Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Sales Enablement, sales, account management, Learning & Development, Commercial Operations, or a related field.
• Experience coaching customer-facing professionals or facilitating skill development through training, workshops, role plays, call reviews, or structured feedback.
• Experience supporting or working in sales or account management, with an understanding of core commercial motions, activities, and performance expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret performance data and combine it with qualitative insights to identify gaps and recommend practical actions.
• Experience partnering with frontline managers or business stakeholders to understand priorities, coordinate support, and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Identify performance and skill gaps using data, manager input, rep feedback, and reviews to target coaching.
• Provide hands-on coaching through individual sessions, live practice, and follow-up support.
• Strengthen core commercial motions: prospecting, discovery, pipeline management, solution selling, negotiation, and account planning.
• Translate strategy into practical execution by turning insights into coaching activities and guidance.
• Partner with frontline managers to align coaching priorities and measure progress.
• Deliver targeted performance programs and adapt enablement resources to local needs.
• Measure progress and refine support using performance indicators and feedback.
