Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Associate in US&C Commercial Enablement Performance Enablement to coach tenured Account Executives and Account Managers, applying data-driven coaching to improve seller performance and merchant outcomes. You’ll deliver hands-on coaching, run focused sessions, and reinforce effective practices aligned with regional priorities.

Partner with frontline managers, translate strategy into practical activities, and measure progress using performance indicators.

Qualifications

3+ years in Sales Enablement or related field with coaching experience.
Experience coaching customer-facing professionals or facilitating skill development.
Experience supporting sales or account management with core motions.
Ability to interpret performance data and suggest actions.
Experience partnering with frontline managers and stakeholders.
Experience using CRM or enablement tools to support daily work.

Responsibilities

Identify performance and skill gaps using data, manager input, and reviews.
Provide hands-on, in-office coaching with tenured reps.
Strengthen core commercial motions: prospecting, discovery, pipeline, negotiation.
Translate strategy into practical coaching activities and guidance.
Align coaching priorities with frontline managers and define success measures.
Deliver targeted training interventions for specific teams or opportunities.
Measure progress and refine support based on results and feedback.
Promote effective use of sales technology for prep, execution, and productivity.
