Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Senior Associate to run onboarding for US&C Commercial Enablement new-hire cohorts, building confidence and core selling skills during the first 60 days.

You will deliver hands-on in-office training, facilitate workshops, coach on discovery, pipeline management, and account planning, and use data to improve onboarding outcomes. This role requires facilitation instincts, organized cohort management, and collaboration with managers and SMEs to scale

Qualifications

3+ years in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or related field.
Experience facilitating live training, onboarding, or coaching for adults.
Experience supporting customer-facing teams and understanding core commercial activities.

Responsibilities

Deliver new-hire onboarding sessions for US&C Account Executives and Account Managers.
Provide hands-on, in-office training and coaching to apply learning to daily work.
Lead workshops, role plays, and coaching on prospecting, discovery, pipeline management, and account planning.
Monitor onboarding progress and use data to improve content and delivery.
Coordinate onboarding cohorts and align with managers on coaching priorities.
