Job summary

Uber’s Commercial Sales Enablement team empowers our Delivery business, including Uber Eats, Grocery & Retail, and Direct. The Senior Associate will lead in-office onboarding for US&C Account Executives and Managers, driving through the first 60 days with hands-on training and practical coaching.

They will partner with managers and SMEs to ensure a consistent onboarding experience, identify gaps, and reinforce essential skills using Salesforce, Seismic, and approved AI tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, sales, account management, or related field.
• Experience facilitating live training, onboarding, workshops, or coaching for adult learners.
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams or working in sales or account management with understanding of core activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new-hire onboarding for US& C Account Executives and Account Managers, coordinating sessions, activities, assessments, and milestones in first 60 days.
• Provide hands-on in-office support, answer questions, reinforce training, troubleshoot challenges, apply learning to daily work.
• Train and coach core commercial skills through workshops, role plays, call reviews, and coaching on prospecting, discovery, objection handling, pipeline management, account planning, merchant engagement, and sales tools.
