Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an Employee Success Business Partner (ESBP) Senior Manager to provide comprehensive HR support to Global Professional Services and Sales. You will influence senior leaders, coach leadership, and drive key people strategies across diverse client groups.

The role requires excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver data-informed insights while partnering with COEs and regional HR teams to shape organizational design and culture.

Qualifications

• 7 years of related HRBP experience (Director)
• Demonstrated track record of developing relationships across all levels and diverse client groups
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive major initiatives
• Proactive, capable of offering alternatives and options to the business
• Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive narrator
• Ability to prepare senior-level presentations and data-driven narratives
• Knowledge of Google products (Sheets, Slides) and group facilitation
• Experience partnering with COEs to build equality strategies across the organization

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and influence priorities
• Lead complex initiatives in retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, compensation planning, and leadership development
• Partner with COEs and regional HR teams to deliver seamless HR processes and programs
• Analyze health metrics like performance, engagement, attrition, and diversity to guide decisions
• Collaborate to build an equality strategy and broader HR initiatives across client groups
