Salesforce, Inc. seeks an experienced Employee Success Business Partner (ESBP) Senior Manager to drive strategic HR support for our global Professional Services and Sales teams.

You will advise, coach, and influence senior leaders on People Strategy, equality, organizational design, and leadership development. The role partners with COEs and HRBPs to implement HR programs, improve engagement and retention, and deliver world-class employee experiences in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 7 years of HRBP experience (Director level) with a track record of delivering business impact.
• Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Strong business acumen and strategic, data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders to influence priorities.
• Coach and develop senior leaders across organizations.
• Lead complex HR initiatives including retention, succession planning, organizational design, compensation planning (equity, bonus, merit).
• Promote People Strategies aligned with business goals and drive results.
• Partner with COEs and regional HR teams to deliver seamless HR programs.
• Analyze health metrics such as performance, engagement, attrition, and diversity.
• Collaborate with other HR functions to drive cross-functional impact.
• Create cross-functional initiatives with broader organizational impact.
